Improving Workplace Climate: Responding to Harassment will be led by Dr. Asmeret Asefaw Berhe. This interactive workshop will describe academic practices and institutional structures that allow for racism—and associated harassment and discrimination—to persist and discuss actions graduate students can take to protect and support targets of racial discrimination and promote equality and social justice in their professional community.
