Poster Info:
The poster should be 36” x 48” to print. You can send your poster to UROC for free printing beforeMarch 6th, and they will bring it to the showcase.
Send your poster uroc@ucmerced.edu in PDF format titled 'LAEP_FirstNameLastName_Poster.pdf'.
If not, you will be responsible for printing your poster and bringing it with you on Wednesday.
Presentation (slides or other media):
We know not all students create posters for research so if you are not presenting a poster, please email UROC after your registration so they can confirm a table for you.
You will be responsible for bringing your own laptop or device to present to guests. You are welcome to have a small item to display on the table, but you may be sharing the table with another presenter so please do not bring large/bulky items.
Time Commitment:
You are only required to present your project for one hour to receive your gift card and other incentives. Once you register, you will receive an email from UROC about your presentation time.
Incentives keep getting better!
All presenters will receive a gift card.
Light refreshments and lunch are provided for all presenters.
Graduate presenters will get a travel backpack with a poster tube or a presentation clicker.
