If you would like to volunteer, the time schedule is as follows:
5 - 6 pm, volunteers are setting up the parking lot, decorating trunks, and decorating inside the club.
6 - 9 pm, volunteers are handing out candy, running carnival games (like throw the ball in the cup, put a ball into a monster's mouth, etc.), running activities like face painting, pumpkin painting, coloring pages, restocking candy to the trunks, line patrol (into the haunted house, it gets crazy!), handing out waters, etc.
9 - 10 pm, CLEAN UP!!!
If you can volunteer for part of the time please let Aaron Cowles (acowles@ucmerced.edu) know when you would be able to attend. Boys and Girls Club would like the list before noon on Tuesday the 29th so please let Aaron know before then.
