Time: Tuesday, September 22nd, 9:00 - 10:00am
This class is a full body workout focusing on cardiovascular endurance and improving muscle tone. There is no exercise equipment is required to participate in the class. To ensure participant privacy, the instructor is the only one with permission to see who joins the fitness session. Workout modifications are provided all throughout the workout and all fitness levels are welcomed to participate!
